We had a lovely family stay at this charming inn. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the food was generous and delicious. The quaint atmosphere made it perfect for our little ones to explore and have fun while we relaxed with some tasty wine.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for little ones.

Cozy stay in a great location!
Really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights in the Double Room. The room was well-furnished with a super comfy bed. It felt safe too! The bathroom was a treat with a claw-foot tub and lots of space for my stuff. The only bummer was that the service at the pub was super slow, which put a bit of a damper on things.

missingWrote a review on 22 Augideal locationcomfortable bedcold serviceoverpriced mealpoor bedding
The location was ideal, nestled in the heart of the village, and the massive bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. the service left much to be desired. check-in was handled coldly, and there was an awkward situation with additional charges for a temporary bed that resembled a sun lounger. The breakfast was overpriced and served with a lackluster attitude, further dampening the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on 03 Augspacious roomcharming gardeninconvenient lighting
The King Room stood out with ample space and cozy bedding, providing a comfy retreat after a day of exploring. The charming beer garden outside added a pleasant spot to relax with a drink nearby.
Privacy might be a concern when facing the pub garden, resulting in the need to keep curtains shut during the day. The bathroom lights operated on a motion sensor, which makes showering a bit of a gamble—ones caught in the dark might have to get creative with towels to trigger the lights. the shower cubicle in Jethro had low water pressure and inconsistent temperature control, making for a frustrating experience when trying to wash up efficiently. No breakfast was included, necessitating a search for meals elsewhere, which can be inconvenient, especially with early check-out times.

The decor felt slightly dated in places.

Charming beer garden, historic building, location near Cotswold Way
Consider upgrading the Wi-Fi service!!! The automatic bathroom lights can be quite frustrating when they turn off unexpectedly!!! Investing in double-glazed windows would significantly reduce outside noise!!!
